Digital Account Manager/Executive

As a key member of our growing team at DGreat Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive account management and marketing strategy at DGreat Solutions. We’re seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. A confident, well spoken, with capabilities of establishing credibility in client interactions and liaising.Our perfect fit will have a genuine passion for business growth and digital marketing, continuously staying abreast of online marketing trends. They will be tenacious in consultative selling, consistently exceeding customer expectations with a growth-oriented mindset, someone who is confidence and able to pick up the phone to follow up on enquiries, track leads down and turn them into client. Finally, we’re looking for someone who will thrive in our dynamic, supportive work environment—a team player who enjoys collaborating with incredible clients, brands and teams alike.Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members (designers, content writers, developers) to execute effective digital campaigns across various channels.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and optimisations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and digital marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage client budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Handle incoming leads efficiently and participate in sales processes.
- Excellent people management skills and a strong team-building approach.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Tertiary degree in Business, Brand/Marketing Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and stay updated on digital marketing trends and platforms.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience working in another digital marketing agency is advantageous.
- Sales experience is a bonus.
- You are not shy to jump on camera to educate your prospective and ongoing client.

It usually takes about three weeks and looks like this: Intro call > short work exercise > meeting with the team > reference checks > and finally, our offer. The number one goal is to ensure that we are both 100% aligned and that we are bringing on team members who have a true potential to succeed in our team.
Not at the moment. But we’re open to collaborating remotely.
We work with freelance specialists from time to time. But all of our major strategy, design, content and creative work is done in-house.
Unfortunately not 🙁 Our clients are fast growing ecommerce brands that require highly experienced talent on their accounts. We do however have a training program available to help interns get started in their careers with training modules that our team implement each day for our clients.
