It usually takes about three weeks and looks like this: Intro call > short work exercise > meeting with the team > reference checks > and finally, our offer. The number one goal is to ensure that we are both 100% aligned and that we are bringing on team members who have a true potential to succeed in our team.

Not at the moment. But we’re open to collaborating remotely.

We work with freelance specialists from time to time. But all of our major strategy, design, content and creative work is done in-house.

Unfortunately not 🙁 Our clients are fast growing ecommerce brands that require highly experienced talent on their accounts. We do however have a training program available to help interns get started in their careers with training modules that our team implement each day for our clients.
