Back in Motion Woodville is a physiotherapy clinic apart of the Back in Motion franchise, who wanted to take a new approach with their marketing strategy. Their objective was to grow their business and obtain more new clients.  The team at BIM Woodville provide an outstanding level of physiotherapy care, as well as offering other physical rehabilitative services, with exceptional customer service a strong focus. Although BIM Woodville already had established a good reputation in Adelaide’s Western suburbs, they knew there was room to expand and grow their business even further. With the guidance of a business coach, BIM Woodville decided to invest in the services of DGreat Solutions.

 

The Strategy

As BIM Woodville had already established a consistent social media presence in-house, we suggested social media advertising would be ideal to utilise this and obtain more new clients. We decided to run two separate ads to promote two different services on offer. We also suggested using a videographer to create professional and informed content to use in the ads. This demonstrated their expertise in their niche and would encourage viewers to trust in their business.

We worked together to create a defined target audience based on suburbs they wanted to target, along with age groups, professions, interests and potential health concerns associated with the services we were promoting.

Proven Results

Since working with DGreat Solutions, BIM Woodville has reached a combined total of 81, 875 people, with 4,136 website clicks, with an average of 10-15 new clients weekly.
